This is Santa Claus, He comes from the North bearing gifts. So what are these gifts? He’s also associated with Christmas trees, Socks, presents wrapped in red paper under the tree, Chimneys, tinsel and baubles, reindeer and elf’s. What is all this about? Lets find out, shall we….

This is Siberia, It is also far up in the North. It is populated with lots of reindeer and pine forests.

This is a Siberian Shaman, Looking at a table containing the Amanita Muscaria mushroom. Her clothing matches the colours of the mushroom.

Here we can see the mushrooms growing under the pine tree. Similar to placing presents wrapped in red under the festive tree in your home.

Because the mushrooms contain a poisonous acid (ibotenic acid) they needed to be prepared before hand by drying them out, to negate the effects of this acid. So the Shaman hung them up to dry in the pine trees.

Here you can see some baubles shaped just like the mushrooms, which you can hang on your festive Christmas tree.

The Shaman have to compete with the reindeer for these mushrooms as these are a favourite food of the reindeer. Maybe that’s why Rudolph’s nose is red?

This picture shows a tribe of people known as the Koryaks who live in Siberia. They live in Yurt’s and just in front of the Yurt you can see a sleigh.

During the winter the Koryaks celebrate the winter solstice by eating these mushrooms. During heavy snowfall the door to the Yurt would be blocked, so the Shaman delivered the mushrooms through the chimney.

The occupants of the Yurt, would hang the mushrooms to dry by placing them in socks.

The tinsel on the Christmas Tree represents vortex physics, the DNA double helix. Spiraling out of this dimension into another reality. Transported to another reality via the star (star gate) on top of the tree.

Additional information. After the shaman consumed these mushrooms, they noticed that after they had urinated that the reindeer would lap up the urine. The shaman figured out that they could feed these mushrooms to the reindeer and drink the urine of the reindeer and bypass the stomach upsets caused by the acid. This is known as recycling of the waters.
